The use of technology is obsolete without an operational framework. TechSur’s approach on operations goes beyond the standard process. We avoid waiting around for “big-bang” solutions to appear and build mature models that can adapt to any environment. All with cost and time efficiency in mind.

When considering the operational framework, TechSur’s approach focuses on two core features: The “API-First” integration strategy and promoting incrementally gained efficiencies. We start with the “API-First” approach. This provides capability for applications to build organic, self-organizing ecosystems that can handle different flows of metadata. We understand that success for a system or process does not occur in an overnight timeframe. We attack the strategy with the intent to build a mature and stable model that is easier to follow. To do so, it is important to create repeatable patterns so operational management and technical development becomes more efficient. The aim is building an operational “muscle memory” that is also flexible.

When enough data is collected, a maturity model can be instituted. Using a maturity model that has proven its value, we can expect seamless operational process’ using Agile methodologies. The objective from an operational standpoint is to create a framework that encompasses agile methods and use specialized technology stacks with cost-effective environments.
