Our Story
August 2016: TechSur Solutions was founded based on the belief that government agencies deserve a better answer to their complex technical challenges. As an (8a) certified Economically-Disadvantaged Minority Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), we make our mission objectives possible despite legacy technology, disparate systems, and complex organizations.
FUN FACT: One of our co-founders named TechSur in honor of his father, Surya Bali Yadav!

Rupinder Yadav
President & Co-Founder
Rupinder is the North Star of the company, aligning our energy and purpose to the long-term vision. She is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, developing and facilitating future strategies and driving business results. Her enthusiasm for this company is almost matched by her passion for the community, as seen by her dedication to area charities. Rupinder is a strong advocate for work-life balance, constantly emphasizing its importance for her team and nurturing an environment where personal well-being is held in as high regard as professional achievement.
Amit Yadav
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Amit is an accomplished corporate leader with over 20 years of experience in developing strategic visions, creating business wins, leading technology groups, implementing successful solutions, and directing an extensive portfolio of high-touch enterprise projects to display public data in an easily consumable view. Now Amit is the driving force behind every technical initiative at the company to deliver emerging technologies to our Federal customers. We’re not sure where Amit finds the time to sleep, his brain is always working out the latest technical dilemma. He truly lives & breathes this work, which he calls his art and his calling. We all are drawn to his passion.
Craig Park
Senior Vice President, Operations
Lucky for us, Craig’s mother had the final say, sending her son to business school instead of culinary school. Today, Craig is a cornerstone of our Senior Leadership team. As with many leadership roles at a quickly growing small business, Craig’s role is multifaceted. He brings 25+ years of experience in strategic planning, IT project and program management, financials and operations management, growth and business development, and client relations. Most importantly, he is in charge of all meals at our corporate retreats and events! Craig brings joy and energy to the team and motivates us all to strive for constant improvement.
Paul Schomburg
Vice President of Delivery
As our VP of Delivery, Paul is our resident First Responder both in the office for customers, and also in our community in his two decades of service as a volunteer firefighter. As a trusted point of contact for our customers, he swiftly addresses questions, concerns, and (our favorite) compliments. He is obsessed with customer satisfaction, and that means making sure our TechSur delivery teams have everything they need to provide excellent results. When he’s not expanding our service delivery operations by extinguishing problems – or extinguishing literal fires – you’ll find him behind a camera lens (yes, he took our awesome headshots!).
Vishal Luthra
Chief Growth Officer
In his role as CGO, Vishal leads the charge in shaping and executing TechSur’s growth strategies. This is no small undertaking for a GovCon that is growing at astronomical rates! Vishal spearheads our business development efforts, leveraging over 3 decades of experience and his expertise in identifying opportunities, capturing contracts, and finding the right partner at the right time.
