TechSur Solutions is honored to receive the FORUM Disruptive Tech Award alongside REI Systems for our collaborative efforts in modernizing a critical government program. This award recognizes our role in transforming U-Visa processing at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), where we leveraged AI, automation, and modern cloud-based infrastructure to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
This project addressed the challenges of an outdated, inefficient paper-based system that made case processing cumbersome and delayed benefits for individuals in need. Over a two-year effort, TechSur and REI Systems worked closely with stakeholders to reimagine workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and build a scalable, integrated platform that dramatically improved processing times.
