Pradeep Krishnanath joins TechSur as the Senior Vice President of Digital Solutions. Pradeep brings nearly 30 years of experience in digital transformation and strategic leadership with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence in the Public Sector. In his new role, Pradeep will lead the formulation and execution of our go-to-market strategy, develop innovative solutions and capabilities that directly address customer challenges, and deliver delightful customer experiences through exceptional service delivery. His expertise spans program/product/people management, artificial intelligence, cloud optimization, DevOps, agile methodologies, and he brings a wealth of business development and strategic insights. Shailendra Gohil has been appointed as the Director of Digital Solutions. With a strong background in digital innovation and project management in the Public Sector, Shailendra has successfully led numerous digital initiatives across civilian and health sectors. At TechSur Solutions, Shailendra will provide technical leadership for our team of digital professionals to execute digital initiatives effectively, align digital initiatives with customer goals and objectives, and oversee digital transformation efforts both within TechSur and for our federal clients to ensure the most innovative, yet time-tested systems, processes, and technologies are in place. His skills in enterprise application design, artificial intelligence, machine learning, low-code/no-code application development, and cloud technologies will be invaluable in advancing our digital capabilities. In his free time, find Shailendra traveling with his family exploring new cultures, especially new cuisines.
