TechSur Solutions Welcomes Sridhar Kesiraju as Vice President of Digital Solutions

Before joining TechSur, Sridhar served as Acting Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), where he led several transformational IT initiatives. Under his leadership, IMLS implemented a comprehensive cybersecurity modernization strategy and deployed AI-powered productivity solutions across the organization. These tools enabled staff to work more efficiently and securely by automating routine tasks and enhancing decision-making. Sridhar also oversaw the agency’s full transition of IT systems to the cloud and advanced multiple cybersecurity modernization efforts.

Earlier in his career, Sridhar played a key role in shaping the federal government’s early data transparency movement. He led initiatives including USAspending.gov and the IT Dashboard, two of the first public platforms designed to make government spending and IT investments more accessible and accountable to citizens. His career spans leadership positions with REI Systems, Phase One Consulting Group, and Incapsulate, where he guided complex federal modernization programs from concept to execution.
